Excellent and decent staff, and delicious food!!!

Well-maintained and new-fashioned room with fold out couch, a king bed, as example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. With a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges.

Property was beautifully designed and well-equipped, I enjoyed the stay.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a special experience. The staff was lovely friendly and efficient, the breakfast offered was hot with lots of food. Had essentials needed in the queen studio, including a dishwasher, coffee and tea making facilities, and refrigerators. This accommodation was in the central location to the grocery store.

Every detail was great and I truly enjoyed it. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, super-friendly and helped me with free parking.

The location was marvellous, very close to many different resaurants, it's a plus. Moreover, it's close enough to a nearby “ Persian Man ” bakery, shopping centres and mall. The room was great-sized and well-organised, nice bathroom.

Location: the hotel was close to walking distance of mall, and other stores and restaurants, shops and restaurants and Very close to shopping centres. Quick bites Burger Barn was 200 metres away from the place.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering a late checkout if needed. The complementary breakfast was delicious. The hotel location may not be the best, but it is a nice place to stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Marvellous and convenient location in Thunder Bay, not far from numerous restaurants, a nearby “ Persian Man ” bakery and walking distance of mall. Also, on the waterfront. My favourite property in Thunder Bay.

My room at Towneplace Suites had a small kitchenette which was incredibly convenient during my stay. I loved having the option to prepare my own meals. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
